About Jill

Jill is a professional, certified fitness instructor and trainer. She has been a leading expert in the health and fitness field for over 15 years.

Her specialties include designing workout programs, creating periodized or seasonal training plans for Spinning / Indoor Cycling, as well as teaching Boot Camp style workouts and Pilates.  Jill is also a writer, producer, host and consultant for infomercials and DR marketing campaigns. Previous to working in the infomercial industry, Jill worked as a TV news reporter and Anchor in Colorado and as a Host / Producer for a local cable news magazine. She holds a Bacherlor’s Degree from Emerson College in Mass Communication (TV / Radio / Film).

Jill’s personal fitness regimen relies on cross training.   By using a wide variety of modalities it is possible to keep the body improving it’s fitness level and avoid plateaus.
